How does payment work?

Payments are processed via Stripe, one of the leading and most secure payment providers in the world. You can pay by bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The payment renews automatically until cancelled.

Is my card data protected?

Yes. Chilli never has access to your credit card details and they are never stored on Chilli servers. Card details are held only by Stripe on its PCI-certified infrastructure.

What is the free trial?

For new members, the first month of the monthly plan is free. Your card is requested when joining, but the first payment happens only at the end of the trial period. You can cancel at any time before that.

How do I use my member QR?

Log in, open your membership card and show the QR code to the partner at checkout. One scan confirms your membership. After confirmation the system generates a new code.

Why does my QR code change?

For security, the QR code refreshes automatically about every 2 minutes. Each code is one-time use, so no one can reuse it from a screenshot.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Press the Manage subscription button and cancel in the secure Stripe environment. Membership remains valid until the end of the paid period.

How do flexible returns work?

As a Chilli Plus member, you can return unused vouchers until the end of their validity with no extra fees. This gives you peace of mind that if plans change, your money is not lost.
