Lava stone massage is a thousands-of-years-old Chinese treatment performed with hot lava stones and special oil blends. During the massage, the chakras are opened and the body's energy is influenced and recharged. In the procedure, pre-heated lava stones, which have received their energy from the sun, fire and water, are placed on the chakra points and left there for several tens of minutes. The massage then begins with body oil containing rose and almond oil, using gentle movements and light pressure on the areas being treated. Lava stone massage is a deeply relaxing procedure that removes fatigue and stress and nourishes vitality.
Contraindications: cardiovascular diseases, acute inflammations, skin wounds, stroke patients, pregnant women, children.
