- 5 rooms, with a total of 10 sleeping places
– room 1: balcony and lake view room with three single beds
– room 2: double bed room
– room 3: two double beds (the beds can be combined into a double bed)
– room 4: pull-out sofa (sofa length 185cm, suitable for one adult or a maximum of two children)
– living room: pull-out corner sofa, accommodates 2 adults - fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher
- bathroom, bed linen and towels
- washing machine
- outdoor grilling area with patio furniture and grill
- for an additional fee trailer sauna, which must be ordered in advance (accommodates up to 6 people)
- Nearby are disc golf courses and spring water pastures suitable for swimming and for example jet skiing.

Ilvese cottage is a pleasantly private accommodation by the Lintsi River, suitable for up to 10 people.
Ideal location if you wish to make day trips to various places in Estonia. Relax to the sounds of bird songs and other beautiful natural sounds. During your visit, you may encounter rare bird species (black woodpecker, crane, silver heron, etc.), various animal species (hares, deer, otters, beavers, martens, etc.).
The cottage is fully equipped - there is a toilet, shower, electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots and pans, eating utensils, and dishes, etc. The living room has a large dining table and a sofa with a coffee table. Outside, there is a grill and a grilling tray (can be used with both charcoal and wood), a grill grate, and during the summer season, there are also a table and benches outside. The house has its own terrace. Additionally, the house offers free WiFi.
For an extra fee, we offer the possibility to use a super cozy trailer sauna (by prior arrangement the day before), which can accommodate up to 6 people in the sauna at one time.
