Underground romance at the Estonian Mining Museum? Why not, because 8 meters deep our senses become much sharper!
A miner's crash course at the Estonian Mining Museum will take you to real mining tunnels, where you can put your miner's knowledge and skills to the test! Candle-lit tunnels, delicious miner's soup, and snaps will provide a true adventure from the visit!
If you want to get a taste of real miner life, all you need to do is put on your boots, throw on a jacket, grab a lamp, and we will descend together into the 8-meter-deep tunnels! Because where else, but underground, will you see, hear, taste, and feel what the men who worked hard underground for many years might have experienced.
During the crash course, the guide will introduce you to miners' workplaces and the underground explosive storage, you will get to see and touch the mining equipment with your own eyes and also ride in a true underground train like the miners did.
