- The offer is valid for one and includes the PADI Open Water Diver (OWD) course, which covers:
- Theory and pool dives:
- 5 theory modules – pressure, buoyancy, equipment, dive planning and execution
- Pool dives – practicing skills in a safe environment
- Open water dives:
- 4 open water dives under the supervision of an instructor
- Practical dive in natural waters (e.g. Rummu quarry, Äntu lakes, including Sinijärv)
- Opportunity to do open water dives on trips abroad
- All equipment provided by the instructor
- International PADI OWD certificate (lifetime validity, diving up to 18 m depth)
- Theory and pool dives:
- The course is suitable for:
- From the age of 10
- Generally healthy participants
- Physical disabilities do not exclude participation – consult with the organizer
- The course is not difficult, but requires commitment and practice
- The first part of the OWD course is valid for 1 year, during which open water dives must be completed

Open Water Diver – your first step into the underwater world
PADI Open Water Diver or OWD course is an ideal start for anyone who wants to begin diving. Under the guidance of an instructor, you will acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for safe and enjoyable diving. The course includes both theory and practical pool and open water dives.
The course consists of two parts:
Part I: Theory and pool dives
- 5 theory modules covering pressure, buoyancy, equipment and planning and conducting dives
- Important skills are practiced in a safe environment in the pool
- You will acquire the knowledge and techniques necessary for daily and emergency diving
Part II: Open water dives
- 4 open water dives under the supervision of an instructor
- Practical diving in natural waters – Rummu quarry, Äntu lakes (including Äntu Sinijärv, the lake with the best visibility in Estonia)
- The focus is on buoyancy, body positioning, and practicing proper breathing
- Opportunity to also do open water dives on an overseas trip
Who is the course suitable for?
- From the age of 10
- General health must be good
- A physical disability does not necessarily exclude participation – consult the organizer
The course is not hard, but it requires commitment and practice. The first part of the OWD course is valid for 1 year, during which the open water dives must also be completed.
