Я хожу в 7 Ürdid довольно давно, хоть и не часто. И мне очень нравится ходить к ним именно по ваучерам. Здесь ваучеры - это то, чего нет в постоянном меню (хотя впоследствии может войти), так что это всегда ново, интересно, изысканно. Причем это золотая середина между простотой, понятностью и изысканностью. Больше того, далеко не все предложения недели ресторанов отличаются таким точным ПОДБОРОМ блюд, как ваучеры ресторанов Янека Виллермана. Здесь предлагают не блюда, а целую трапезу, где блюда играют вместе, как оркестр - симфонию. И всегда все очень хорошо - а в этот раз "отлично" было вообще для каждого блюда, и у меня, и у моей спутницы. Как будто обычные продукты - но очень необычные и изысканные сочетания. И чередования вкусов блюд. Интересно и точно подобранная сервировка для каждого блюда. И размер блюд и всего ужина идеален - не остаешься голодным и не объедаешься, в пропорцию. Так что просто великолепно.

The recipes are based on the head chef's 20 years of work experience and culinary experiences collected during his travels. Over all this time, Janek has had the chance to try different combinations of spices and ingredients, and he believes that their skillful and innovative use in the kitchen opens up new, previously hidden flavors, even in very familiar dishes.
At Loft ja Ürdid restaurant, the quality of ingredients is highly valued. This is taken very seriously, responsibly and with great respect.
