Throughout this time, Janek has managed to try various combinations of spices and ingredients, and he believes that the skillful and innovative use of these in the kitchen opens up new previously hidden flavors, even in dishes that are very familiar to everyone.
At restaurant Loft and Ürdid the quality of ingredients is of utmost importance. This is taken very seriously, responsibly, and with great respect. In addition, the restaurant believes that food and its preparation must be done with great love. Quality ingredients result in a valuable meal that guarantees unique enjoyment.
