Snowbound
Patrick enjoys his solitary life and is extremely surprised when, during a wild snowstorm, there is a knock at his door. Enter Judith, a woman bursting with life from the neighboring village, who has one strange request… Patrick hopes she will leave soon, but the weather gets worse and worse. A state of emergency is declared in the country, and they are forced to stay under the same roof for several days. The popular English author Peter Quilter wrote the play "Snowbound" during the first Covid lockdown in 2020. It tells the story of two very different people who are, against all odds, forced to be together without driving each other crazy. A touching and funny tale of intimacy and loneliness, laughter and tears, snow and sunshine, pizza and wine.
