Suurepärane puhkusereis!
Ilus vaikne k6ik meeldis
Meeldis väga. Puhas ja moodne tuba, hea hommikusöök avaras restoranis vaatega järvele. Tegevusvõimalusi nii sees kui ka väljaspool maja.
Pühajärve Spaas tunned, et sind on oodatud ja ka koos lemmikloomaga. Toad olid puhtad, voodid on pehmed ja m6nusad, ainuke puudus oli meie jaoks toa temperatuur - see oli liiga k6rge ja pani öösel higistama, kuigi olime radiaatori reguleerinud madalale soojusele. R6duust ei saanud ööseks lahti jätta - sealt puhus otse voodisse. Hommikusöök restoranis oli väga mitmekesine ja maitsev. Pubis pakuti lisaks suures menüüs kirjapandule ka kevadist erimenüüd, mis oli ka väga hea. Nautisin ka vesimassaaźivoodit, käisin ujulas ja saunades. Oli l66gastav ja m6nus puhkus.

Teenindus oli väga meeldiv, ruumid puhtad, ujulas oli vesi meeldivalt soe, hommikul rootsilaua valik oli uskumatult lai, laste mängutuba oli väga tore üllatus (lapsed olid vaimustuses). Negatiivse poole pealt märgiksin, et meeste soome sauna temperatuur oli liiga kõrge. Saun oli minu hinnangul suure osa ajast tühi, kuna sealne õhk oli väga kuiv ja tuline (tundsin esmakordselt elus nõnda tulist sauna lava, et peale mõne minutilist pingutust seal istuda otsustasin rätiku istumisele alla tuua). Veel ühe ettepanekuna märgin, et kui kliendil on mingisugune soodus, siis selle võiks märkida ka süsteemi, et juhul kui lähen restorani ja öeldes oma toa numbri, nähakse koheselt ka minu soodustust. Mul oli juhtum pubis, kus kasiir küsis tellimust vastu võttes toa numbrit. Peale õhtustamist maksin arve ja küsisin kas see summa on ikka õige ja kas ma mitte 10% maha ei pidanud saama. Vastuseks sain, et oleksin pidanud seda 10% varem ütlema ja nüüd on liiga hilja midagi teha. Eeldasin, et toa numbrit sisestades rakendaub ka minu soodustus. Need väikesed nüanisid kõrvale jättes, otsustasin hinnata antud teenust maksimaalse viie tärniga, kuna jäin kokkuvõttes kõigega vägagi rahule.

Located on the shore of Estonia's most beautiful lake and in the immediate vicinity of Otepää, the winter capital, Pühajärve Spa & Puhkekeskus has been one of the most beloved holiday destinations for years among both Estonians and foreign tourists. The spa hotel, located in the heart of Pühajärve manor park, offers guests cosy accommodation with all amenities, as well as spa and conference services.
Many rooms and treatment areas have recently been refreshed, and a spacious playroom has been created for children. The hotel reception has also been fully renovated. The pub and restaurant have gained new stylish seating areas with a superb panoramic view of the lake. The updated lobby offers wonderful views of nature from two floors, with several cosy lounge areas added.
Pühajärve is an ideal destination for sports enthusiasts, wellness guests and fans of a more luxurious spa holiday alike - from the wide range of services and treatments, everyone will find something to their liking. Pühajärve spa centre consists of two parts: the former rehabilitation centre has evolved into a modern and cosy health spa, while luxurious spa treatments offer peace and relaxation for body and mind. There is plenty to do in Pühajärve every day - the house includes bowling, gym and swimming pool, and the hotel surroundings offer plenty of ski and hiking trails as well as a full-size golf course.
