Classic massage helps relax sore and tense muscles, speed up metabolism and improve blood circulation. Massage increases skin tone and elasticity and reduces stress levels.
Sports massage helps support the physiological development of the exerciser, reduces fatigue and improves training capacity. Pre-workout massage helps improve performance and prevent injuries. The purpose of post-workout massage is to help muscles recover and remove lactic acid and other waste products that accumulate in the tissues.
Physiotherapy is well suited for people with a sedentary job or those doing physical work. Physiotherapy is a part of rehabilitation based on physical exercises, posture therapy, physical methods and massage. The aim of physiotherapy is to prevent possible health problems, maintain or improve joint mobility and muscle strength, restore impaired functions and relieve pain. Physiotherapy is suitable after sports injuries, after and before surgery, in cases of overuse injuries, and for preventing sports injuries and overuse injuries.
Reflexology, or zone therapy, is based on the discovery that the body reflects information about the condition of its organs in the zones of the soles of the feet. Reflexology (reflection) means that every organ has its own place on the sole of the foot, hand and ear. Zone therapy mainly focuses on the feet. To affect the body, both feet are massaged in a specific order, direction and strength using the thumbs, fingers, knuckles and special sticks.
