The recipes have been gathered both from the chef’s 20 years of work experience and dining experiences collected on travels. Throughout this time, Janek has succeeded in trying various combinations of spices and raw materials and believes that it is their skillful and innovative use in the kitchen that reveals new previously hidden flavors, even in dishes that are very familiar to everyone.
