- Amuse bouche as a compliment
- Bruschetta with anchovies and giant shrimp, basil, baked celery cream, and cream cheese
- Crispy dough wrapped white fish fillet pieces with white sauce, capers, dill, and lemon pearls
- Refreshing green apple sorbet with prosecco
- Goose breast fillet with pearl couscous, green pea cream, and berry gel
- White chocolate passion fruit tartlet with black chocolate stones

Throughout this time, Janek has had the opportunity to try different combinations of spices and ingredients, and he believes that it is the skillful and innovative use of these in the kitchen that reveals new flavors previously hidden, even in very familiar dishes.
At restaurant 7Ürti, the quality of the ingredients is of the highest priority. This is taken very seriously, responsibly, and with great respect. Furthermore, the restaurant is convinced that food and its preparation must be done with great love. High-quality ingredients become valuable meals, which in turn guarantees unique pleasure.
