The recipes have come together through the chef’s 20 years of work experience and dining experiences gathered while travelling. Over all this time, Janek has had the chance to try different combinations of spices and ingredients, and he believes that using them skillfully and in new ways in the kitchen opens up new, previously hidden flavours, even in a very familiar dish.
At 7Ürti, the quality of ingredients is held in very high regard. This is treated very seriously, responsibly and with great respect. In addition, the restaurant believes that food and its preparation should be done with great love. High-quality ingredients create a valuable meal, which in turn ensures a unique enjoyment.
