Acro Yoga ABC or learn to fly!
Fun, playful, and physically active acro yoga is a mix of yoga and acrobatics.
In acro yoga, body contacts are used to maintain poses and move from one pose to another.
Acro yoga exercises develop strength, balance, flexibility, and empathy, teaching participants to be mindful and move in collaboration with another person. This practice allows for spending time together with a partner, training playfully, laughing at oneself, and laughing together with a partner, bringing participants out of their comfort zone. Suitable for participation with a partner, friend, girlfriend, parent, or child.
No prior knowledge or skills are required to participate.
