Additional Information
Acro Yoga ABC, or learn to fly!
Fun, playful and physically active acro yoga is a mix of yoga and acrobatics.
In acro yoga, body contact is used to hold poses and move from one position to another.
Acro yoga exercises develop strength, balance, flexibility and empathy, and teach you to consider and move in cooperation with another person. This practice gives you the chance to spend time with a partner, train playfully together, laugh at yourself and laugh with your partner, and step out of your comfort zone. Suitable for taking part with a spouse, friend, girlfriend, parent or child.
No prior knowledge or skills are needed to participate.
