Aerusurf, or in English, Stand up paddleboarding (SUP), is a combination of paddling and surfing. Most importantly, paddleboarding is very easy to learn, and everyone can manage riding it!

Paddleboarding is one of the fastest-growing and increasingly popular water sports in the world. Paddleboarding can be practiced on all bodies of water, from oceans, lakes, rivers, and bays to swimming pools, as long as they are large enough. It is a great way to do general body training while simultaneously enjoying water sports in a new way.

The gift includes 1 hour of paddleboarding training and all necessary gear. The training plan is as follows:

• safety
• introduction of the equipment
• correct handling of the board
• paddling ABC
• paddling in a kneeling position
• getting up on the board
• balance and correct position
• paddling in a standing position
• controlling the direction
• maintaining balance with the paddle
• paddling while standing at the back of the board
• turning
