Muscle Aid massage and manual therapy studio was founded by David in 2006 while he was working in Italy and New Zealand as a sports masseur and manual therapist. Primarily working with athletes and sports teams, he began to focus more on sports massage and the therapeutic side of the massage world.
He graduated from the University of Bologna in sports sciences and participated in various courses on musculoskeletal issues and relevant massage therapy.
Combining all the knowledge, skills, and experiences acquired over the years, David became the founder of the current Muscle Aid massage studio – a unique place in the center of Tallinn that offers completely original massage and therapy.
Today, Muscle Aid has become a strong team of professional sports masseurs equipped with expert-level knowledge and training to competently advise clients and help them live a happier and healthier life through a completely unique approach.
