The offer includes tempura sushi workshop from Sushimoni

The training includes for each participant:
- Miso soup with Japanese garnishes (miso, tofu, shiitake mushrooms, wakame seaweed)
- Making tempura sushi
  – chicken tempura maki 5 pcs (crispy breaded chicken, frilly, cream cheese, panko crispy coating, unagi sauce)
  – salmon tempura uramaki 5 pcs (salmon, snow crab, cream cheese, sweet crispy coating, milder flavored chili-ginger-garlic mayonnaise)
- Garnishes
  – pickled ginger
  – soy sauce
  – wasabi
  – sushi sticks
- Sweet Japanese snacks
- Additionally interesting stories from Japan and writing your name in Japanese
Note! By prior arrangement, the menus can also be customized for vegetarians and other dietary needs

After the training, all participants will receive an electronic training reminder along with a detailed recipe collection and recommendations for sourcing ingredients
Trainings are conducted in Tallinn at the Fahle house, in the spacious and Japanese-style Sushimoni training room (Tartu mnt 84a, Tallinn)
- Training can be conducted in Estonian, English, Finnish, Russian and Japanese
- Training will not be held between December 7 - February 10 and June - August
