Sushimoni abiga saate tõelisteks sushimeistriteks! Valmistage üheskoos 12tk sushit iga osaleja kohta ning kuulake huvitavaid lugusid Jaapanist.
Japanese cuisine workshops have been our area of activity since 2007 and we have organized over 400 of them!
The goal is for the workshops to be entertaining and meaningful, as our chefs have lived in Japan, studied culture/language at university, and are overall big fans of Japan. In addition, we also have experience in running a restaurant – Sushimon operated a restaurant in the center of Tallinn for 10 years. Currently, we offer sushi in the summer on Muhu Island, in Liiva food street, and at other times we are based in Tallinn offering catering and training.
Our head chef and trainer Maria Lilje graduated from Tallinn University with a degree in Middle Eastern and Asian Cultural History with a focus on Japan, studied at Gakushuin College in Tokyo and also graduated as a chef from Tallinn Service School. Currently, she is involved in private training and catering and promotes Japanese culture in Estonia through various organizations.
Maria has been organizing training for 17 years (over 400) and her strengths are a fun personality, many interesting facts, and fascinating stories from her international life and numerous travels. An educational and exciting time is guaranteed!
Maria can conduct training in Estonian, English, Finnish, Russian, or Japanese.
Surprise yourself or your sushi-loving friends with a memorable experience of authentic Japanese cuisine!
