Introductory Evening to Mindfulness Topics
Do you spend too much time on autopilot in your life? Do you want to better focus on what is truly important to you? Do you yearn to act in harmony with your values and intentions, rather than just reactively? Do you want to experience greater well-being and self-management capabilities?
You are invited to a mindfulness introductory evening, where you will experience this scientific field that makes waves in the world and effectively supports our daily well-being. You will be introduced to various exercises based on mindfulness practices and discover ways to bring more quality of presence in the here and now into your life. This practical tasting of a mindfulness course allows you to experience and discover how mindfulness offers refreshment and alleviates stress. You can decide for yourself whether it consists of small useful tricks, an "pattern-breaker" or if you recognize a great opportunity in mindfulness to create significant change in your life.
