Narva Hotel is located in the center of Narva, in close proximity to the train station and bus station. On one side is the Narva Fortress and on the other the Narva River. The hotel features an a la carte restaurant M. Chagall on the first floor, with a menu based on the traditions of European cuisine.
The hotel's windows offer a magnificent view of historical XIII-XV century monuments and the Hermann Fortress and Ivangorod Fortress. Narva Hermann Fortress is over 700 years old and was famous during its existence for Danes, Germans, Swedes, Russians, and now also for Estonians. The fortress acquired its present form during the 14th-16th centuries when the Livonian Order existed. Parts of the destroyed fortress were restored in the 1970s-80s, and restoration work continues to this day. From the Great Hermann Tower, which is 51 meters tall, one can enjoy a wonderful view of Narva city and the Ivangorod Fortress located in Russia. The fortress houses a museum with a permanent exhibition that introduces the history of Narva city along with dozens of temporary displays.
