Väga maitsev oli kõik.
Suurepärane menüü, suurepärane teenindus! 7Ürti on omanäoline restoran, nad on osanud leida midagi, mida mujal pole. Lihtsus ja kodusus miljöös ja teeninduses on loomulikul viisil seotud kõrgklassi kokandusega. Kindlasti soovin seda ka teistele ja kindlasti lähen ka ise veel sinna.

Я хожу в 7 Ürdid довольно давно, хоть и не часто. И мне очень нравится ходить к ним именно по ваучерам. Здесь ваучеры - это то, чего нет в постоянном меню (хотя впоследствии может войти), так что это всегда ново, интересно, изысканно. Причем это золотая середина между простотой, понятностью и изысканностью. Больше того, далеко не все предложения недели ресторанов отличаются таким точным ПОДБОРОМ блюд, как ваучеры ресторанов Янека Виллермана. Здесь предлагают не блюда, а целую трапезу, где блюда играют вместе, как оркестр - симфонию. И всегда все очень хорошо - а в этот раз "отлично" было вообще для каждого блюда, и у меня, и у моей спутницы. Как будто обычные продукты - но очень необычные и изысканные сочетания. И чередования вкусов блюд. Интересно и точно подобранная сервировка для каждого блюда. И размер блюд и всего ужина идеален - не остаешься голодным и не объедаешься, в пропорцию. Так что просто великолепно.

Under the hands of head chef Janek Villermann, captivating flavour combinations are created that delight even the most demanding palate. The recipes have been collected from the chef's 20 years of work experience as well as cooking experiences gathered during travels. Over all this time, Janek has had the chance to try different combinations of spices and ingredients, and he believes that their skilful and innovative use in the kitchen opens up new, previously hidden flavours, even in a very familiar dish.
At 7Ürti restaurant, the quality of ingredients is held in high regard. This is taken very seriously, responsibly and with great respect. In addition, the restaurant firmly believes that food and its preparation should be done with great love. Quality ingredients create a valuable dish, which in turn ensures a unique pleasure.
