MerMer – the restaurant in the home of Merrit, Jaan and assistant waiter Hummer (an American bulldog). MerMer – a restaurant for heart-to-heart talks, because there the ears of the hardworking owners have listened to entire life stories with their joys and sorrows. MerMer – the place where a future marriage was decided, a proposal was lovingly made and later, right there on the „palm islet“, a wedding was held and a cozy wedding party celebrated. MerMer – a restaurant that owns all the most beautiful sunsets of the sun sinking into the sea. MerMer – a restaurant whose three owners all love good food and its pure flavours, and that is why the guests are served fresh morning sea fish, the gifts of their own forests, organic farm goat cheese and ice cream, bread baked by their own bread lady, local rabbit, eggs from happy chickens, and a friend's super salads.
For the sake of great flavours, they also look beyond home: some meats and seafood even come from across the ocean, carefully selected wines from the Old World, olive oil from Sicily.
MerMer – a restaurant with no fixed menu or drinks list, because every group is offered a menu made from the best that reaches the restaurant, and matching wines are chosen accordingly.
