Roller Skating School for children and adults – a fun and safe way to learn skating!
Roller skating training is designed to teach safe and technically correct roller skating, helping to overcome fears and develop balance. The training sessions are suitable for both beginners and advanced skaters, providing an opportunity to acquire basic skills or improve existing techniques.
Training for beginners and advanced
Beginner training is suitable for complete beginners as well as those who have learned skating on their own but wish to improve their technique. In the training sessions, participants will learn:
- Maintaining balance and safe skating
- The correct skating stride technique
- Braking and turning
- Downhill skating and overcoming obstacles
Freeskate level training is intended for those who have mastered the basic roller skating skills and wish to further develop their abilities. The training sessions focus on:
- Speed and tricks
- Backward skating
- Sliding, maneuvering, and jumping
- Off-road skating and downhill techniques
Children's roller skating training – learning through play
The training sessions aimed at children incorporate obstacle courses, playful exercises, and riding training, which help children enjoy roller skating safely and joyfully. The training sessions take place at both beginner and Freeskate levels, providing a developmental and motivating environment. Recommended age from 5 years old.
