In 2007, Johan SPA Hotel won the Architecture and Interior Design Annual Award of Kuressaare, and its keywords are simplicity, privacy, uniqueness, naturalness, friendliness and caring service.

The peaceful interior climate of the SPA Hotel is complemented by a magnificent and modern water center, which includes a indoor pool, outdoor pool, steam sauna, jacuzzi, sanarium, cold pools and Finnish saunas. Children can splash around safely in a 60 cm deep children's pool. Additional relaxation is provided by various spa treatments.

Your taste buds can be pampered at the Pähkel restaurant, which is characterized by the phrase "a hard core under a crisp shell". Pähkel is a marvel of our Nordic nature. Hidden within its nature-friendly and modest shell is a delicious delicacy. Therefore, it perfectly symbolizes both the essence of our restaurant and the purpose of the kitchen. This symbolism has been considered throughout the design of the restaurant, from the colors, materials, and furnishings to the dishes served in the kitchen. However, it is not a restaurant that serves dishes made from nuts, but a restaurant where pleasant atmosphere and good service are combined with delicious Nordic food.

Entertainment is provided by the Lounge 13, where various events frequently take place. Here you can enjoy both good music, delicious cocktails and pleasant company. You can also test your skills in a pool game.
