Terms
- The offer includes participation in an individual session of liberating breath, which includes:
- a safe and supportive environment where you can relax and release tensions
- a guided breathing session using the BBTRS® methodology
- guidance from a Body Awareness Institute certified practitioner who has received special training
- alternating use of breathing techniques and music to achieve deeper relaxation
- a personal experience tailored to the participant's needs and health condition
- Please come to the session in comfortable and movement-friendly clothes (avoid skirts, dresses, and tight clothing)
- Please do not use lipstick, makeup, or nail polish. Wearing jewelry is not recommended
- The session does not require any physical special skills and is suitable for everyone regardless of age and health condition

The session is led by Heiki Tomson, who has 8 years of experience in energy work, guiding you to deep transformations and conscious breathing power.
BBTRS® is based on the therapeutic approaches of Wilhelm Reich and Peter Levine's trauma healing models. This system helps identify and release tensions embedded in the body and thought patterns, thereby supporting deeper balance and inner peace.
During the session, you can rest from your controlling mind and enter a deeply relaxing and liberating state. This is an experience that helps you let go of old tensions and open yourself to new lightness and awareness.
